I dont have a link but I heard it on MegaTVNEWS(Spanish language station)

They said that this was the most watched NFL game this season, going above the opening game, the favre vs GB game, Dallas vs NYG, and EVERY other game.

This is awesome! Hopefully it means more primetime games in the near future.
 
Pretty cool and what a performance in front of such a vast audience. I feel like people are beginning to tune in to see our "gimmick" offense that is merely a fad. Well I'll take the ratings.
 
I wouldnt be suprised if true....one of the best 4th quarter games in NFL history...no doubt...
 
Not calling you a liar, but I don't believe this is true. I heard the Farve/GB game was the most watched television show in history. Not just football, any show on television. That would make the fins game the most watched?

Now im starting to think I'm wrong about the vikings/packers game.

Its cool. I was stunned as well. Considering its Spanish TV, it wouldnt surprise me. At first, I thought he meant the most watched Fins game of the season, but then he said that it was over the Favre/Green Bay game.

I mean, who DIDNT tune in for THAT game? I was even pumped for that game.


But the thing is that Miami and NY are just huge markets, and it was on Colombus Day(some people had day off).

I just posted what I heard.
 
hopefully so, maybe we picked up some more fans along the way. You gotta start somewhere not everyone is born a fins fan

I find it hard to believe that GB vs Minn would garner a higher rating then the final episode of M*A*S*H* which is the highest rated show in the history of TV.
 
The thing is I would not be suprised that this is the most watched Football game worldwide. You have to remember Viking-Packers means **** around the football world and I mean that across the whole world not just America.

With the whole Hispanic celebrations and Miami being probably one of the most famous or liked teams across the world in Football it helps.

Packers- Vikes was prolly the most watched game in America .

I'd think there are more NFL fans than there was MASH fans so that wouldn't shock me
 
It is probably the most rewatched game in NFL history, I have already rewatched it 4 times. That ties me with the last Jets game from last year, but that has been over a 10 month period.
 
That's interesting. Not to mention they were competing against the MLB playoffs. Very impressive, i guess the Dolphins still have a little national draw power! Plus people love the crazy Dolphins-Jets Monday Night games.
