Money and cuts

As we trim the roster down to 53 and players are let go will we start having more money available to get other players or does the money not fluctuate? Any info. on this is greatly appreciated.

The salary cap is based on the top 51 salaries on your team. Most of the players we will wind up releasing are camp fodder signed to league minimum contracts, and thus don't count against our cap now.
