Is Rashard Moore a free agent? Would he be a good addition at the nose tackle position? Someone just mentioned the Dolphins were monitoring his situation. Has there been mention of him in the media in Miami? I realize that age is an issue at the nose tackle spot for the Dolphins.

Other than Sam Adams (Bills), I think they are keeping tabs on Rashad Moore (Seahawks).

An interesting RFA(NC) option is Kenderick Allen (Giants).

There is the other possibility that someone like Kris Jenkins (Panthers) or Warren Sapp (Raiders) is cut in a CAP move in the coming weeks.

Jason Cole, of the Miami Herald, reports the Miami Dolphins are showing an interest in free agent DL Rashad Moore (Seahawks). He was released by the Seattle Seahawks in September after reaching an injury settlement.

Interesting.....I wonder if we'll show any interest in Wilkinson if he's let go. I think either guy has more left in the tank than Adams. Don't forget Malarkey benched him for a nice chunk of the year.
