Moore on 3rd down

Before our MNF game vs the Panthers, we were 0 for 29 on 3rd and 11+, which is downright gross. Here are Moore's 3rd down throws last Sunday vs TB:

3rd and 10 – Complete to Landry for 49 yards
3rd and 8 – Incomplete
3rd and 13 – Complete to Stills for 45 yards
3rd and 8 – Complete to Landry for 13 yards
3rd and 12 – Incomplete
3rd and 11 – Complete to Stills for 18 yards
3rd and 8 – Complete to Parker for 17 yards
3rd and 9 – Incomplete
3rd and 10 – Complete to Stills for 61 yards (Touchdown)

Comparing that to Cutler's first half performance on 3rd down:
3rd and 7 – Pass to Parker intercepted
3rd and 10 – Pass to Landry intercepted

Then I went back to our 2nd Jets game when Moore took over in the 3rd quarter compared to Cutler's 1st half numbers:

Moore:
3rd and 11 – Incomplete
3rd and 7 – Intercepted
3rd and 6 – Incomplete
3rd and 7 – Complete to Stills for 28 yards (Touchdown)
3rd and 10 – Complete to Landry for 17 yards
3rd and 7 – Complete to Landry for 8 yards

Cutler:
3rd and 9 – Incomplete
3rd and 18 – Complete to Ajayi for 15 yards
3rd and 8 – Sacked for -8
3rd and 4 – Complete to Williams for 12 yards

There's no question how much better (on average) our offense functions with Moore behind center compared to Cutler, and he fully deserves to be taking the rest of the snaps until we get Tannehill back.

I think at this point anyone arguing for Cutler as a better QB than Moore is either named Gase or just believes he is better to help us lose and get the better pick.

Neither is a good option, but Moore makes it much more interesting to watch. At least he throws the ball downfield.

Moore has major flaws, he's a back up because of this. He'll sling it all over either reaping the benefits or turning it over.

I would rather see Moore toss tje rock than Cutlers deeble 3 yd passes at this point. Hell, let Moore have it his way on Sunday and sew what we can do. I guarantee Beli wants Cutler in there.
