More Bang for Buck: Knight vs Milloy 1st Qtr Review

Just for fun I thought I would compare key safety aquistions in the offseason by us and our rival Bills just to see at this point in the year who is getting more play for the pay...

Here's the number's:
Lawyer Milloy
Games:5 Tackles:28 Sack:2 STF:0 STFY:0 FF:1 INT:0 PD:2

Sammy Knight
Games:4 Tackles:22 SACK:0 STF:1 STFY:1 FF:0 INT:1 PD:3

These number are very close... especially since Milloy has played one more game than Knight... I'm not sure exactly how much more money Buff is paying for Milloy than we are for Knight. But unless its very little, then you'd have to say our FO did a great job in this area and miami is got the better deal.


P.S. What is STF and STFY?

Let's add Harrison in there, too.

36 tackles, 0 sack, 2 STF, 4 STFY, 0 FF, 0 Int, 0 FF.

The difference is, their linebackers are probabaly slightly better players then our coaching squad.

Someone please enlighten me, too with the "STF" and "STFY".

We knew that both would be great additions for their respective team but Knight is cheaper for the Fins.

That's only because the guy playing at his side is on pace for 12 int's.

Surtain is actually on pace for 16 INT's :D

Sammy Knight will step up. Surtain and Marion are really playing amazing and making all the big plays so Sammy doesn't have to.
