I just came back from Toronto, Canada and i saw the Miami Dolphins signed Frank Middleton. Yes they cut Ronald Bellamy, and i thought Bellamy was a decent receiver, but whatever. Now this other guy they signed, the Center from Philadelphia...who is he?? I have never heard of him, and apparently he isnt anyone to be amazed of. Can anybody give me more information on him?

I still feel that, yes its good to have SO MUCH depth so that if someone gets hurt, we know that our backup is probably just as good. But with all these good players we have for depth, i mean if we cut a few of them, we could sign a Center who is even better. Right now all we need is a QB and a Center...all of our other positions are well off. With all the depth we have, why dont we save some money and sign some dominant Center? We signed Frank Middleton, but he is a Guard...we already have Jeno James who WAS our best lineman last year. For Center, we have McKinney-St.Clair-Hadnot-Eprahim....none of who seem to be impressive for a Center.

it doesnt say much about Alonzo....but also, a few months ago we had a problem with signing people because of money. So where are we getting the money to sign all these guys??? I also have a feeling that we will sign another dominant player (Frank Middleton being the "other") before the season starts. HOPEFULLY an offensive lineman. Altho i would like to see a linebacker, because Junior Seau is done soon, and Donnie Spragan isnt AMAZING.

Paisan, we have needs more needs than at QB and C. I've been to a few of our practices and let me tell you our secondary is an area of big concern. Also The TE position (with the exception of Mc Michaels) our depth there is minimal. As far as our OL, we needed a C, with the injury to Smith. I saw Hadnot playing C with the 1st unit and he looked solid. If they keep him there, then we will need a RG. That's where Middleton comes in, he is an experienced, quality guard who (if he can remain healthy, because he tored his quadricept last year and has been rehabilitating it) can start for us at RG. Remember, at this time in FA, there arent too many quality C or G available.

Why does everyone say we need a QB... I honestly think that a QB is one of the last things we need.

really??? even with Sam Madison, Mario Edwards, Reggie Howard, Lance Schulters, Tebucky Jones, Yeremiah Bell, Tavares Tillman....we still have problems?? Certainly i can imagine Madison, Jones and Schulters are solid.....so our other cornerback may need some work...Mario Edwards isnt terrible, i just hope we can sign Ty Law or Terrell Buckley to fix that spot.

i think Gus Frerrote will start. But next year i HOPE we go for Drew Brees or Matt Leinart.
