Does it even need to be? It is an open and shut case. If this were a murder trial, Brady would be rotting in a prison. EOS.

Im pretty sure if it was a murder trial there would have to be some evidence submitted besides Wells feels he is guilty lol.

Yes, because when someone destroys the evidence while under investigation, the only conclusion we are allowed to draw is that there must not have been any evidence. No one has ever been found guilty due to obstructing the investigation or for destruction of possible evidence.. *eye roll*

Without a doubt, if Tom Brady was facing criminal charges and he destroyed his cell phone before investigators could get hold of it, he'd be doing some prison time.

Simpleton thinking is the only reason why Tom Brady's suspension was overturned. The Patriots accepting their penalty is evidence enough to conclude that they have been deliberately tampering with the footballs.

You would not get a murder charge for destroying your cell phone. I take it you dont pay attention to to many trials.

It would be a new charge of obstruction of justice. The problem is you couldn't convict him of that either, since Wells already told him months earlier that his phone wouldn't be needed, and he wouldn't be punished for not providing it.

Hernandez got his girl to get rid of the murder weapon, yet he's still in prison, despite no murder weapon.
