More excuses for SD

Skip Brainless and Woody (Lame and Lamer) just on ESPN, they still have no clue that we out played SD. It was LT's lack of plays from Marty. I guess they forgot the time of possesion was like 40 to 20 San Diego. He got his plays, he just got contained.
 
It doesn't really matter, they will always just say that they overlooked Miami.
 
i saw that i think every1 does overlook miami they dont even talk about us at all having a slim chance for the playoffs wait till next year they will have to talk about us bc we are gonna be AWESOME!

I think the bigger picture is Coach Saban provides a leadership style that is becoming contagious amongst the players that want to be a part of this team now and in the future. It appears the "process" is to never be satisfied with a good play or be mentally devastated by a bad play, just continual hard smart football.

Well, It kind of makes sense....No one had a clue that a) we would play as well as we did and b) that SD would play as listlessly as they did....I think the Fins are going to be a very good team in short order, but we certainly aren't there yet...As for SD, they should have whooped up on us, but didn't. There is a lot of truth to the "they over-looked the Fins because of the Colts" syndrome....At any rate, the thing I liked the most was that we are starting to play more consistently, even tho we started off rather poorly in SD....I would have been pleased with our play, even if we had lost. This was the most accurate I've seen Gus play all year.
