More important HC or Co-ord

I believe having two superb co-ordinators and a motivational HC is far better than having a superb co-ord as you HC and then fitting positional coach in(which norm happ)to cover the guy who took over the HC job, especially when the prev off/def caller and now HC hands over the playbook.

look at Lebau, Rex Ryan, Tom Moore, M Kiffin, Jim Johnson and Spagnola etc, looking at all these teams they wld lose far more without these co-ordinators than the HC.

But, Id say the HC. The HC calls all the shots in regards to managing the game.

exactly...the HC is more important...he makes all the final decisions regarding his team...the OC and DC are in charge of their sides of the ball,but as we all know,the HC is in charge of the WHOLE team...

'HC or Coordinator' - whats in the title to agree with - i would say its a title looking for opinion

who manages the game more, the HC who decides whether to go for it on 4th down or two point coversion or the 'COORDINATORS', who each call about 40% of the plays.

tell me the steelers, eagles, Bucs , Ravens or Giants wld be worse without the above named 'COORDINATORS' or the head coaches, who really lets face it just select a team from a group of players which were given not always chosen for him, to fit philosophys put in place by their coordinators, which i believe would have a lot of say in the guys being chosen to fit situational plays and circumstances.
