More important QB or LT

just curious, what's more important to being a succesfull team to you...a franchise LT or a franchise QB....
that being said, who would you be more willing to draft this year if they were both available to us...Leinart or Ferguson?

QB. Look at all the great teams and how they were built around a great QB. We will get our QB in the next draft and compete in 2 years.

QB is more important for us now. However, I want a franchise LT with our 1st round pick in the draft. Then...Brodie Croyle in the 3rd!!! :D

Definitely QB. Even with McIntosh at LT, we still had an opportunity to win our games against the Jets, Bills, and Falcons with better QB play.

Brady Quinn... Just heard Sean Salisbury on 790 the Ticket this morning saying that Brady will declare for draft this season. If hes right, i think Brady Quinn will be in a Dolphins uniform next season.:tongue:

QB, no question. A LT is nice don't get me wrong, but when was the game in the hands of the LT? Enough said
Miami needs a leader on offense, someone to give the team direction and hope, that's not comin from no Left F***in tackle!

I'm a firm believer in building a team from the line out, but I'd still have to say a franchise qb is harder to find and affects every play. Also a qb can make up for poor LT play, but not vice versa. In other words, Marino could release the ball fast enough to overcome DMacs swinging gate, but if Richmond Webb gave Gus all day, he can't make him hit the wide open receiver in stride.

I think as usual Salisbury is wrong. I'd love to see him in a Fins uni next year but he will stay IMO and have a shot at the Title/Heisman/1st overall pick for the 2007 draft.

We need to replace Fiedler before we replace Marino... It's gotten that bad.

what do you mean "groom the QB"? Throw him in and let him learn.
