Norv Turner's system is pretty complicated. The Rams' system is probably the most complicated and it is directly derived from Norv's system. It wasn't the system that sucked here, it was the play-calling that was uncharacteristic for Norv, mainly because Wannstedt kept handcuffing him. And the play-calling last year, and the teaching, whoa that was pretty darn awful. I wouldn't read anything into our system being more simplistic. It is more simplistic because 80% of the check-off routes for wide receivers go one way...long. But that is what we like about Linehan's system around here.
