Even though he isn't on the Dolphins, he was at least talked about as a potential Dolphins' draft pick, and a lot of rankings I saw had Moses ranked ahead of James. It's early, but it looks like that might be a bullet dodged by the Dolphins' brain trust.

During Thursday’s first session, Moses, instead of getting to his spot and finishing his blocks, was too indecisive on running plays. He often seemed equally uncertain in pass protection.
No rookie is expected to be a finished product on the first day of camp. And Moses could benefit from one-on-one tutoring sessions with offensive line coach Chris Foerster. Many of Moses’s problems, though, have been apparent throughout the team’s offseason program.
Technique issues — such as playing too high in pass protection and poor timing on stretch-zone runs — can be addressed through repetition. But Moses won’t move forward until he fully grasps his responsibilities in the Redskins’ line philosophy.
