Here are the most interesting Miami Dolphins stories Sunday from around the Web:

Dave Hyde of them Sun Sentinel writes that the Dolphins can prove they learned lessons by beating the Buffalo Bills.
Morning take: Miami was swept last year by the Bills, so don’t expect this to be an easy game. The Dolphins have a chance to improve to 2-0 for the second straight season.

Alain Poupart of the Dolphins team site writes that the Dolphins are looking forward to a mild day.
Morning take: I arrived to Buffalo on Saturday and the weather is not that bad. I’ve covered Bills games under much worse conditions.

Andrew Abramson of the Palm Beach Post writes that Dolphins running back Knowshon Moreno is at home in the red zone.
Morning take: Moreno knows how to find the end zone. He has good body lean and toughness to finish runs, which is needed in Miami.

Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald writes that the Dolphins will rely on backup linebacker Jason Trusnik.
Morning take: With Dannell Ellerbe on injured reserve and Koa Misi doubtful for Sunday’s game, Trusnik will play a big role. He’s a veteran who knows the defense well.

Can we protect the QB and run the ball some? Looking forward to see Lazors game plane for Game 2.

If Tannehill plays good we'll win. The difference between this years team and last years team (hopefully) is we can still win in spite of poor QB play. The running game can take over. If the passing game and running games are struggling I think you'll see us be a lot more aggressive with the read option.

And any good offensive coordinator should be able to design 2 or 3 plays a week based off of film study that are almost guaranteed wins for the offense. Think about that Sproles TD against us last season where they killed us with a double move. Payton realized they went there maybe too often and it was an area an opposing defensive coordinator might try to be aggressive. We bit hard on that, Jones would have been in great position to jump it and run it back for a pick 6 but Payton was two steps ahead and the double move was an easy TD for them.

That is an example of what a good OC would do. A mediocre one would probably just not go there at all. And a poor one would try his luck there once again, that is what Sherman was and I believe at least 2 of our INTs were caused just by him being lazy with film preparation. Ten to thirty years ago maybe you could get away with that type of thing but the game has evolved to the point that you absolutely cannot have mental mistakes from the OC. I actually believe that the OC position may be the most mentally intensive position on the entire team, even more so than the head coach, and 9 times out of 10 a young fresh mind will simply overwork an older guy like Sherman. In fact if I were the OC I would probably be popping Adderall or Ritalin or both like it was going out of style.

I hope we go 5-2 on defense rather than rely much on Trusnick. He filled in okay last week, but IMO he isn;t that solid of a backup.

The LB play scares me the most. Coyle's game plan will be as important as Lazor's.

Trusnick isn't great laterally but Jenkins is fast enough to be. We'll probably see more Jenkins and Wheeler than Trusnick for what it's worth.

IMHO the 5-2 might be the best formation for this defense in that it puts the best players on the field. Miami's strength is on the line, the 3 DTs and 2 ends are all better than any of our LBs, get the best on the field and let them make plays.

Buffalo wants to run the ball. If lining up in a 5-2 puts them in long yardage situations, then that is the right approach.
