Wish I could be like you and just forget this organization, but can't. Guess we get to feel what it is like to be a Cowboys fan etc. People want to make fun of Ross surrounding himself with football people etc. Its obvious he needs good football people around him if this organization is going to ever step forward again.

Ross has no clue how to run a football team and all these committees prove it! Every time a tough decision is to be made Ross has to line up people and ask questions. I am not saying asking a question here or there is a bad thing, but if your that guy always asking questions it is pretty obvious you don't have a clue.
