Mortensen: O'Neill reported harassment to management

This has been discussed all day. Here is my deal…IF this is true, where the hell was Ted Wells in all of this? Did O'Neil not make these notes available to Wells? If he did, it makes Wells' a fraud. Maybe the notes did not exist and this is a red herring.

If O'Neil can implicate others….holy ****.

Why report it and then refuse to cooperate with Wells?

If in the report the word "allegedly" was used when talking about O'Neill and his involvement, what is the point of it even being in the report if it wasn't a certainty? The radio shows I've heard talking about this didn't even care about what "allegedly" happened with the name calling and everything. They already appeared as if they knew everything in the report was factual.

Seems like he had a chance to voice his views and concerns on this and passed on it.

Bottom line....is this deal sucks all the way around. No winners and everyone loses.

The report is a joke. The use of "allegedly" was tied to a couple claims at beginning of report and by the end those "alleged" claims were spoken about like they were fact.

Not putting words in your mouth, but are you saying that O'Neil simply did not participate with Wells, but has info on higher ups? If that is what you are saying this could be really interesting. This story might not end eh?

Seems like O'Neill didn't want to snitch on anyone but now that he lost his job the gloves are off.

Interesting take.

Imagine if Joe is proved to be lying? Holy ****.

I still think Joe is honest and good person. I hope something like this is not true.

Again, none of this would be an issue if they just fired everybody for their piss poor performance,

Read page 45 of the report. O'Neill "expressed hostility" towards the investigation and the interview was cut short.

So much easier and a path to success. Now we are in NFL purgatory.
