Well if that's true, then Ireland, Ross, and Philbin need to call Condon or Peyton and ask straight up. Are we still in this? Cause if not, we need to go get Matt Flynn. They can surivive (IMO) not getting Peyton and make it look like Peyton never had an interest, but, to wait on Peyton too long and lose him and/or Flynn and end up drafting someone is a bust. The line was drawn by these guys that QB was the most important acquisition of the offseason. Crossing my fingers that something goes right. In the end we're all Dolphins fans and just want a chance to get back to the way things were when 13 was here.

There's ZERO chance the Dolphins don't have a read on where they stand in this. To me the fact that they haven't announced they are out of it, is because they feel they are in it.
I still feel Condon is using the other teams to leverage the Dolphins into as much guaranteed money as he can grab out of the Phins. I also believe the Dolphin have given Peyton a Tues 4PM est deadline, and that's why Condon had Manning visit all the teams he did this past weekend. This is serious business, there's a lot of money on the line for Manning. It always comes down to the money.

That sounds about right. Peyton is not in a hurry like some teams and fans are.
Peyton is so humble and nice, he may wait and leave the teams hanging so that HE will not have to make the decision.
Arizona doesn't have the cap space, so I think they will move on.
Denver has Tebow, so they can afford to wait.
Miami may be negotiating behind the scenes..unofficially. The fact that Miami and Peyton have not ruled each other out means there is some kind of exchange going on through his agent.
It may be that Philbin is not sold on Flynn, so waiting forces Flynn to act..that gets him off the hook with him too. There maybe a friendship there, and he wants to maintain that with no hard feelings. It works for him too.
If nothing changes by Tuesday free agency, that is how it shapes up to me.
It is all very bizarre. I would feel better knowing that there are actually negotiations going on.
He may actually decide to retire...and leave his legacy as a Colt .. as is.

Id love to get manning dont get me wrong but i think its just time to move onto flynn if manning doesnt sign by 4pm tomorrow..... we cant wait for manning to make a decision and lose the opportunity to sign flynn.....flynn is not going to wait for us. I know everyone will say about tannehill(correct my spelling please if its wrong) his name escapes me now.....but i think grabbing him at 8 is abig reach.
