NFL Network is reporting that Malone may be signed to the Dolphin roster after a pretty good weekend. Adam S. reported such.

man I dont know anything about this guy, other than he plays WR and is Moses malone's kid...anybody got any info on this guy?

He played WR here where I go to school (Sam Houston State)

Not much I can tell seeing that he didn't really do much and we ran the ball a lot more than we threw it..

Plus, I do know that he dropped two touchdown passes in the same game once.. It was sad to watch

All I have to say is this guy better be fast, otherwise I will be completely dumbfounded if we sign him.

Usually when you sign a guy from a small school, they are generally very productive to make up for the fact that they are playing against weaker comptetition. Catching 26 passes a year at Sam Houston St. is not productive. Another headscratcher by Mueller.

i like his size...and thats what we need, but im pulling for David Sutton even more

He must see some type of untapped potential there. But even at that, so what if we sign him. If he shows something, fine. If not, we wash our hands of him. It's not like he counts against the salary cap right now anyway.

From the camp reports I read, he caught two long TD passes from John Beck. Never hurts to take a flier on a flyer.

I know but it's just hard to swallow signing Moses Malone's son who did squat in college when David Ball (I'm sure someone signed him by now, right?) who had approximately 2000 more catches and 500 more touchdowns than him in college goes undrafted...where has common sense gone?

Well, teams actually make deals with potential UDFAs even before the draft ends. So I'm sure we tried to get a bunch of other guys to sign with us, but other teams beat us to the punch or offered more money.

Malone has good size at (6'3" 208) and athleticism not to mention he comes from good bloodlines.

Maybe he should play with the Heat!:D

Hopefully he's good, if not then its no biggie.
