All I have to say is this guy better be fast, otherwise I will be completely dumbfounded if we sign him.
Usually when you sign a guy from a small school, they are generally very productive to make up for the fact that they are playing against weaker comptetition. Catching 26 passes a year at Sam Houston St. is not productive. Another headscratcher by Mueller.
He must see some type of untapped potential there. But even at that, so what if we sign him. If he shows something, fine. If not, we wash our hands of him. It's not like he counts against the salary cap right now anyway.
I know but it's just hard to swallow signing Moses Malone's son who did squat in college when David Ball (I'm sure someone signed him by now, right?) who had approximately 2000 more catches and 500 more touchdowns than him in college goes undrafted...where has common sense gone?
