This is from Scouts, Inc, and is kinda funny. Moses is parting the Red Sea in moving up their board, after not being in the first round before. Guess they must have re-watched his tapes with a keg of Guinness. LOL

I'm becoming overly concerned that we will be shut out on the OL in the first round, and possibly the second, having to pick a guy who needs a year to develop.

Anyone else?

People seem to be higher and higher on Moses lately, and that is a red flag to me. I think Martin is one of the safest players in this draft, and that would be great for our oline.

I'm also confused about people being so high on Lewan. I know that he's physically impressive, but his technique is poor, and he's got definite red flags off the field.

Is this is how the draft folds then I see us going after a guy like Clabo until a rookie develops. Not what I would like, but at least we can pick up some quality players. Another possibility is that, in this scenario, they can trade down and pick up a 2nd or a 3rd.

Bad board, imo.

If teams draft guys like Moses and Martin in front of us, just means better players available at 19.

That's just their rankings wouldn't sweat it...although they do got some guys like shazier and verrett more accurately rated

I just think it's funny that just a week or so ago, Moses was rated top 50, and a VG second round pick. Now, he magically is the 14th best player in the draft. C'MON MAN.

However, IF they are changing based on what they are hearing from NFL teams, we could be in trouble in finding a RT in the first 2 rounds. Many teams are getting killed on the OL, and there could be a run there. This would not be a good thing for us.

That's my mindset. If teams are over drafting O-line, LB's and DB's are falling.

I'd kill for Pryor, but sadly I don't see us going safety in the 1st with the signing of Delmas. I guess we'd be better off with a center fielder next to Jones anyways.

Mosley or maybe even Nix, I could definitely get on board with.

Miami goes defense in round one

That's my feeling as well, especially if they stay at #19. I could see someone from any of the three levels being taken there. I tell you, I wouldn't be upset if Fuller or Roby were drafted there.

Well from the very beginning most of the draft experts like Kiper and McShay had Moses as the 5th OT going in the 20 ' to 30's. They haven't really changed that much. He is a big frame with long arms and good feet, so he has lots of potential. Because he played at UVa, some foolish draftniks undervalued him. But he has good potential.

He was asked to play more physically at UVa, but he is better as a move athlete despite being a step too slow for LT. He is a good kid and will be a solid pro, but he is nowhere near as polished as Martin. Moses will likely be drafted after Martin, but they are both in that 2nd tier below Robinson, Matthews and Lewan (in no particular order). Both Martin and Moses are near misses as LT candidates. Martin only lacks a couple inches of length. Moses lacks a little foot quickness, a little power, and a little consistency in his technique.

If Martin is available, we take him. If not, I feel 19 would b too early to reach for Moses.

The more I look at it the more I hope we can move down and get an extra 2nd or 3rd on this deep draft. I don't want to take the 50th best player at 19.

Ozzy rules!!

If we can trade back and pick up another 2nd we should do it, I'm just not sure we're going to get good value for the 19th pick.
