What were you most impressed with in the game? for me it was two things that really stood out opposed to last couple years.

1. Linehans offense. After years of watching the same old vanilla offesive schemes I was extremely happy to see something different. on top of the fact that it seems as though we have an offensive coordinator and head coach who are willing to make adjustments to the gameplan during the game.

2. Zach's effectiveness in the 3-4. I was very suprised to see Zach make some big plays in this scheme. I was one of those who thought he would be exposed without a lineman in front of him but he played awesome. it looked like the Zach of old standing guys up in the gaps. Sweet!!

Defense..Offense moving downfield..Big Plays..NOT 1 long play for them..Not letting up.. maintaining the aggressiveness all game long..playcalling..NICK SABAN..THE FANS..everything was impressive.

34 points....

For me, its the total pts Miami put up. I expected the D to produce 10+ based on take-aways and field position...but was pleasantly surprised that the O contributed so much on their end.

I love knowing that its potential isnt even reached yet.

And most importantly the O-Line made things happen with running lanes, patient blocking to let a play develop on misdirection, and protection for throwing lanes.

Loved it all.....woohoo in a big way!

Coaching. Coaching. Coaching.

I forgot you can do that thing with football....what was it called? Oh yeah passing!

The defense seemed strong.
Get Goal line stand.
Good play calling.

coaching, especially from linehan. he's always one step ahead. Very impressed with w saban schemed to make some very young and inexperienced DBs look great!

The defense I expected. It was still impressive, though. The biggest change was seeing a QB that could read the defense at the line and from the pocket. We didn't have this last year with AJ. Fiedler could do it maybe 5% of the time. Our offense still has a long way to go, but it is encouraging.

I agree Zach was incredible.

That one goal line stand he made the stop 3 out of the four plays and the fourth play was a pass.

What an awesome performance. To me, that series crystalized the entire performance.

Though the whole team played well, Zach had an MVP type performance.

***How about that picture perfect tackle on 2nd down and goal? Slam, wrap, take down. Just perfect.

#1 The thing that impressed me most about the entire game, both sides of the ball was that we had NO bounces in our favor, no "good luck" things happen and we overcame our mistakes (penalties) looking dominant in everything. Other than mental mistakes (penalties) every player played a near flawless game.

#2 The complete turn around in the media. We have been saying it on here all offseason, about our weapons on offense, now according to most analysts we are a good team. They say our D was overrated underacheivers, our O was lacking talent and we spent all our $$$ on the D side of the ball. INCORRECT we had an idiotic, stubburn, un-motivating coaching staff that couldn't coach their way strategically out of a paper bag.

WE WILL BE IN THE PLAYOFFS PEOPLE. SAVE THIS THREAD IF YOU DON'T BELEIVE ME. I'LL EAT CROW IF I'M WRONG.:rofl3:

The secondary. I was very concerned going into the game, but they proved themselves. Several times Plummer had all day and had to throw it away. I was very pleasantly surprised.

great post aj i agree, wes was, gus was, mare looked good and so did our punter. Defense was outstanding and Ronnie looked great on some plays, and not so great on others
