No more coaches with training wheels. Need a head coach who has had prior nfl head coaching expierence with some moderate success. Shula, wanndstedt, jimmy johnson all had success. Cameron saban sparano philbin sucked. Get sean payton, josh mcdaniels, hue jackson, maybe mike shanahann, jim schwartz, doug marrone. Id consider urban meyer or patterson at tcu. Jeff fisher might get fired but he stinks. Id take chip kelly if he doesnt have full control of personnel. No adam gase, no mike shula, no sean mcdermott. Need a strong leader of men a foundation. I would trade a 2nd round pick for sean payton.

I like Payton but I'm not trading a high pick for him. We have needs at absolutely every position on the field except for WR and RB, and Payton wouldn't have won anything without a HOF QB. His defenses are always terrible and that's a huge problem for us already.
Yes to Payton if the Saints fire him, no to sending them a 1st or 2nd rounder... 3rd I'd do.
