While BP and TS are both a huge reason for our turn around the rest of the coaching staff other than maybe Bowles and our two coordinators never seems to get any mention.

So my question is who is an underrated coach we have who needs some props for what we have done thus far under the new regime.

Mine would be: Evan Marcus our strength and conditioning leader. We had few injuries last year and this new program has even studs like Vontae Davis sucking wind. Last year we were bigger faster and meaner I look for more of the same for years to come.

James Saxon. Our runningbacks rarely missed an assignement blocking. They run good routes and, are generably good recievers.

i think it would be safe to say we have an all star staff all the way around. last year was one of the most incredible years i've seen in dolphins history. when feidler would ruin every run we had the playoffs i'd be so mad. last year our loss to the ravens wasn't nearly as hard to take.

This is the easiest answer in the world. I can't believe no one has came forward to give the correct answer yet. The correct answer is coach H. Phillips and coach E. Newton. These two have brought the energy, style, attitude and look that we as fans going to the games have come to accept as the norm. Heather and Emily are truely great cheerleader coaches :callme:

I got two of them. Todd Bowles because he had the DBs playing excellent down the stretch and Tony Sparano because he never gets any credit at all. Apparently Bill Parcells can coach the team telepathically.

Yeah, I'd definately say Bowles unit was the most markedly improved.

I dunno if Bowles is the most underrated since he came into the job with a great reputation around the league, and he was the runner up for the Detroit HC job.

How about Rogers our DL coach? Had only one player with experience in the 34 and he had been injured 2 of the previous 3 years.

I also don't think Karl Dorrell gets enough credit as WR coach.
