What I'm looking for most out of Mostert, is his experience in teaching the system to the RB room. On-field production is bonus.

He was probably brought in with the main intentions of sharing the system. Like the article was stating, he is 30 yrs old and injuries has bugged him. Im sure he will still be productive depending if hes 100%, and mostly being that his experience is key.

I'd expect similar mentoring from Cracraft & Shefield in the WR Room.

Yeah I'm not expecting much on the field from him. Just glad he is here to teach and provide insight to the room.
