In lieu of the signings we've made over the last couple of days (Carey, Crowder, Wilson & Bell) which I fully support, would you guys rather sign Jason Brown and then pretty much move on to the draft or would you rather grab Coles and a DB (McFadden or Bodden) and then draft a Center in round 1 or 2 (Mack or Unger).
I personally would rather have the 2nd scenario unfold myself:D
 
jason brown. We would then be able to go after a big defensive position in the first round probably OLB or trade up for NT or something like that
 
IMHO forget brown...(here comes the bashing) but we could get Bodden and Coles for the same price as Brown
Alex Mack is a Beast he is 6'4 312 lbs
Brown is 6'3 320
they are roughtly the same weight and height but Brown would cost entirley to much IMO
lets get 2 more FA and sign a beastly Center with the 25th pick.
 
I don't see Brown happening now because of the money Miami has committed to Carey, Bell, Crowder, and Wilson. I think they may pick up some FA's that are cheap and then hit the draft. I am not sold they are looking to replace Satele.
 
I think if you can get good veteran players for the right price then go ahead and get them. So far, it looks like that's been the FO's plan of attack. I think that they look at each guy as a case by case situation. They definitely will not overpay for anyone so I could envision a scenario where they get all of those guys, or none of the above depending on the asking price.

When it comes to getting talent, I like that the Big 3 look for it in Free Agency, the Draft, and on our own depth chart. Fun times being a Dolphin fan right now. This group has been great!
 
Do we have enough for brown? And what about Coles, he could come cheap since Pennington is here. This has been the most exciting FA, and whatever Parcells and Co. do is fine with me.

Agreed. however getting a FA center would be nice it could allow us to go BPA, Nicks or trade up for Raji or Rey. but yes i agree.
 
IMO if they do not get Brown. Then 25 has to be a center. They should not take any chances and get the center prospect that they covet.
 
I would rather have CB Mcfadden, WR Coles, and LB Burnett for good
prices and draft a C, especilally if Brown wants $8 million a year which
is what is sounds like. Let the Skins or Vikings be that Fiscally IRRESPOSIBLE!
 
I totally agree, damn I wish I was employed by the Dolphins, talk about a dream job!!!

Yes you are correct :up: but the chances of us getting Brown are very slim to none IMO he will demand to much money... we have a better chance at drafting a C and a G IMO
