Watching as many games as I do every week, it really sucks to see the poor fan attendance and support in Dolphins Stadium. I realize we just came off of a terrible season, but it was pretty crappy to see so many empty seats against the Panthers. I know it will get better as they continue to win, but it would be nice for Miami's home field to be an advantage for more than just the heat. Other poor teams still manage to pack the stands. What gives?

I watched the 85 Bears game the other day, and the crowd in the Orange Bowl had to be quieted several times because it was so loud. Is there a location that might suit the Dolphins better? Would you support a move to a different location? Are we doomed to small crowds until we win the Superbowl? Thoughts?

So tired of these threads.

Either go to the games or quit complaining

It has to do with the heat of September, the game sold out.

The Miami Dolphins aren't moving so this is a moot question.

And a tired, overasked, kinda dumb question too.

Never going to happen, Miami has one of the biggest national fan basses in the league.

The game sold out because FOX bought the remaining tickets so they could show the game locally.

i find it disrepectful the way that you make a thread about this... unless your therer efvery weekend then i would just STFU because i go and give everything i got at those games and try to get everyone around me pumped you can ask anyone sitting in the 140 section i was getting rowdy out their every deffensive play so be careful what you say

Yep...Move em up here right across the Ohio River from the Bengals...I could deal with that!...:goof:....Of course a name like the Kentucky Dolphins would never work...Damn!

I can't go to the games because I'm 12 hours away. But I always think if I ever lived in Miami I would never miss a game. But this happens to all teams that have a losing season or season's the year before.

Side note on the days of the Orange Bowl. The one great thing about that stadium is it's seats were so close to the sidelines. The noise was incredible. I remember Shula getting on the PA to quiet the crowd during one game. This new stadium was built to have Soccer games. At that point it automatically set the stands back 20 yards.

The bottom line is the more we win the more the fans will come. I could careless if 2 people are in the stands as long as we win.

there is talk of the nfl commisioner being upset with the dolphins and he is considering contracting the phins if the fans dont start supporting the team its either wayne will have to move the team or face the ax . this is just what people in certain circles are saying and there is no link but there is talk about contracting the dolphins because of the embarssment to the nfl . this was mentioned by the okla. media who i am pissed at right now.

this clown on wwls said the fins are the only team that hasnt improved this offseason and siad it was the heat that cause the panthers to lose. he is a big idiot who thinks that wanny is a great coach .
