Mr. Ross, this franchise is a disgrace.

I wont blame ross for this. Cesario had no intention of ever taking this job.

He was here on a fact finding mission and money grab.

Well, I learned something about a few people in this process. Money and power is what people are really after. Karma is a bitch. and it goes round.

I hope to god we play the Patriots that first game.

I wouldn't say he had no intention. You don't go to an interview and try to leverage your current employer if you're not willing to accept the alternative position. Raise with Pats was his first choice, it worked out, otherwise he'd probably be here. I'm glad he's not here.
 
Ross STILL doesn't understand that running an NFL franchise is different then running his other businesses. The guy keeps making the same stupid mistakes over and over again

As long as Ross remains the owner we can expect a lot more idiotic things to happen to our Dolphins. Our team has turned into the disgrace of the NFL. Everyone is laughing their rearends off at us. It's pathetic.

I doubt he was on a fact finding mission. What info could he have obtained from these clowns that would make the Pats better? He punked us and the Pat organization is laughing their arses off at us.

SMARTER than you to make ALL Dolphins business decisions.

I think Casario had legitimate interest but who knows what was said during interview
 
Anyone who knows negotiating knows that the process should be totally behind closed doors and not played out in the media. The last time we had ridiculous air traffic control reports during the Harbaugh fiasco. Should never happen. He should have been offered in such away that only the people in the room knew what was said and Ross always had plausible deniability if he was rejected. "If we offered would you accept?"

He had 3 friggin days of interviews for Gods sake! He shouldn't have to think about it any more. This whole, "I'll get back to you" thing is a joke. Now the feeling out there is everyone is rejecting us and there has to be something wrong with the job and the organization. Anyone who accepts it will be looked at as desperate and the 4th or 5th choice.

Thats why big programs like Texas and Miami hire search firms to do the confidential interviewing and negotiating before a candidate is introduced to the public. There is never a leak on who was talked to and who declined. In the meantime the Sr Bowl has come and gone and we are behind the eight ball on scouting and the draft. This is a total disaster and these fools are coming off as total amateurs.
 
Youre in denial. I guess you missed the last two games of the season..
