Koa Misi - is back this week. That will help some.
Jordan Tripp - back either this week or next week.
Billy Turner - probably back next week.
Mike Pouncey - most significant reinforcement. He could be back by Raiders game.
Rashad Jones - back this week after reinstatement. Will allow us to move Jimmy Wilson back to 6th DB. Improves depth in DB backfield.
Dion Jordan - back this week after reinstatement. Bolsters Dline/LB rotation. More option for Coyle.
Daniel Thomas - (we signed him, but he still counts as reinforcements). He knows our offense already and can fill in on tough runs.

When Pouncey comes back, what do we do with Satele? Does he stay at center and backs up Pouncey? Or has he shown enough to step in at RG while Smith is healing?

If Misi can step in well, that will take a lot of pressure off of our defense because we can have Trusnick, Jenkins, Freeney, Tripp and McCain rotate to stay fresh.

Anybody hear any updates on Jones and Jordan? I believe they are going to be reinstated as early as today!

And just to remind people. If someone said we'd be 1-1 going into the 3rd game despite missing these players, I'm sure most would have taken that.

It is a LOOOOONG season. Too much knee jerk 'round here.

Its not reinforcements when the players that are returning are subpar.

I believe the more accurate term would be "cannon fodder".

MARINO KNOWS ALL!!! Well said, plenty of games left in the season and look at all the teams in the league that have not played well.

And who's the QB that's been hurt we're getting back? I wish, didn't think I'd be saying that this season

Wow a complete thought on one line. Sentence structure could use some work. Improvement is the key though, right?

Why don't you just profess for your love for me right now. Sorry bro, I just don't swing your way.

This is encouraging news but even with the reinforcements on D there's not much they can do if they are on the field 45 of the 60 minutes of the game.

With these reinforcements we should go 15-1 the rest of the way.
I really believe that...:grouphug:

Somebody better get a hold of Langer72 and tell him Coach Philbin is posting under his name.

I don't think it's a knee jerk reaction to be pissed, upset, and or have butt pain. If they loss a tough fought game, so be it. To be embarrassed, unprepared, and unemotional is what is upsetting. Granted, a loss is a loss but you can't be cheering after that debacle.

If Pouncey practices, he might be able to play Oakland.

Help is coming for the Dolphins offensive line in the person of Mike Pouncey. And the Dolphins are eager for the upgrade. But it is not likely going to happen this week when the Dolphins play Kansas City at Sun Life Stadium.

Pouncey, running and continuing to make progress in his rehabilitation following hip surgery, has still not practiced. And even if he practices every day this week starting Tuesday when Dolphins players return to work, he's not likely to get to the go-ahead to start on Sunday.

But this is important: If Pouncey can practice this week and then rejoin drills next week, he may indeed make his targetted return for the Sept. 28 game versus Oakland in London, England. Pouncey would then have had two weeks of practice to prepare to play at least some. That's probably what he needs at minimum. If Pouncey doesn't begin practicing this week, the likelihood he plays against Oakland is much, much lower -- assuming starter Samson Satele stays healthy -- and then the Dolphins would probably be looking at the Green Bay game in Week Six of the season as Pouncey's return.
