790 just said they will have an interview with Randy Mueller tonight likely in the second hour (8PM - 9PM).

Can't wait to hear what he says (or what he doesn't say) about the Tennessee job.
 
Maybe he will tell us about players he has talked to and interested in.:cooldude:
 
I know i sure hope so. at least we wont have to worry about sabans "DONT SAY A DAMN WORD ITS A POKER GAME" bull ****.
 
Joe Bailey just said Mueller would talk about players at the senior bowl. They were talking about LT, RE and QB's. No mention of recievers yet other than from Cefalo.

That's all well and good. But I'm not interested in hearing about players that might wind up playing for Tennessee. I want to know what the **** is going on, and I want a hard denial.
 
LOL, Tennessee has not even contacted Mueller, what is it you would like the man to deny? Sheesh some of you folks are losing it :lol:

Err Mueller isn't going anywhere until after the draft if Tennesee where to snag him. Lets clear up that misconception right now. GM hiring/firings are usually right after the draft as that's the 'start' of a GM year.
 
LT sounds nice, RE sounsd nicek, and QB sounds great.

I'm sure Tennessee would like to have a GM in place before the draft. So I don't buy that.

That wouldn't give me alot of confidence that he had the Phin's best interest at heart in his draft decisions for that year if he was intending on leaving...

Believe what you want then. You'd think Miami wouldn't be freaking right now if it weren't true? Miami would be a laughing stock in the national media if they lost their draft guy prior.

Scouting is a year round job. It started back when the last draft ended. Look at the other candidates the Titans are interviewing. You think any of them would allow interviews prior to the draft? It just doesn't happen in this league.

I believe they stated Rich Snead will handle the day to day on a temporary basis.
 
Randy did state he wants fast playmakers whch sounds pretty good forme.
