Not any real insight here. I just figured we might want to start a petition for our old buddy Mike Mularkey to get the vacant head coaching job in San Diego. Seeing how A.J. Smith will be doing the hiring, I think I should start by listing his qualifications for the job.

1. He is available! Don't let his contract status with us fool you A.J. We won't stand in the way of Mularkey leav...I mean Mularkey bettoring himself (actually, we would love it if Mularkey would better himself, then maybe he could stay).

2. He meets your criteria for a head coach. Much like your good buddy Wade Phillips, Mularkey coached and failed in Buffalo too. If you were to hire him, you two could sit and remember all the terrible things you guys did to that franchise, with the occasional I hate Marty rhetoric as well.

3. He would be much closer to L.A. for his Kevin Costner stand in work. Mularkey is a busy man. Not only does he try very hard with little to no results as an OC/HC, but he also does Kevin Costner's action scenes in his spare time. Hiring him to San Diego would make life much easier on him (and truthfully on us fun fans as well.)

So there you have it A.J.! Mike Mularkey is available and completely (un)prepared to be your next Head Coach!

They still have a HC. Marty is still there but they do need an OC which I think they already hired someone for that job.

Capers would be an actual possibility, that would be horrible.

That would be another Dolphin nightmare I don't even want to think about. Rivera doesn't run a 3-4 but we all know who does.

please leave Mularkey!

there were countless times last year where I was in total loss of words for the play calls he made last year. I got an idea Saban lets run a pitch to Ronnie for him to throw. Dont worry that we have never ran it much, we dont need it to tie or anything.
