Meh. If Richard turns us down, Rizzi will be HC and it will be equivalent of the time Ross went on a huge embarrassing search of a GM and ended up with Dennis Hickey.

Yeah only job he reportedly has shown any interest in was Denver... big thing for him is his kid lives there so he'd be able to see his grandkids a lot more. But pretty much a non story in my opinion

So Richard and Rizzi are the top 2 on our list. Flores was said to have had a bad interview with us. Not sure about Dennis Allens interview.

Good living in TN I can tell you thats the last person I wanted coaching this team except for maybe Denis Allen

Would have been nice to see him focus on the offensive line. Also would have been nice to have a guy with some prior head coaching experience. And he probably could have put together a decent staff, given his years upon years of NFL experience.

While I agree that this is a horrible look for our franchise and should be viewed as an indicator that we are not the most desirable job in the world... Munch is also the kind of guy who gladly accepted a firing instead of scapegoating one of his coordinators. He's the kind of guy who only wants a job on his own terms. I think he's probably all in on Denver.

But yeah, not a good look.
