I know everyone on this forum had alot to say about our schedule for the 2006 season when it first came out. We MUST take advantage of this seasons scheduling because we might not get a better opportunity. For example:

1. The first 3 games should be wins regardless of whether culpepper plays (except for steelers).

2. the bills and jets are in their worst forms in decades. winning games in your division is the key to making the playoffs, especially the way miami and the pats have ended up the past couple years. We should have four wins in our division from the jets and bills. last year we lost to each team once, and they werent that much worse than they are now

3. we only have one potential cold weather game...

4. culp gets to play his old team his first year. trust me this will add fuel to the fire...i expect big play that game (man i want tix)

yea our early season scheadule should favor us heavily, without a doubt we should easily win 3 out of the first 4 games we play if not all 4 of them....in recent years we have messed up in easy games where we should of have won, with a strong team this year we have to play the way we r suppose to play and not fall in any deep holes during the season

yeah i think we have a great chance of going 4-0. im hoping the steelers start the season still soaking in their SB trophy, lets us get out of pittsburgh with a great win

I think you can attribute a lot of that to the coaching staff. Wannsted ran a real relaxed enviorment and didn't keep his guys motivated. There is absolutely no way our guys suffer a let down, like they have in years past, on Saban's watch. If we get beat, we will have been outplayed. We don't have to worry about lack of motivation. Another key part to that is Randy McMichael. I love his fire and his spirit. I watched the Buffalo comeback game last night in it's entirety. Did any of you see Randy after Sage threw that pick that almost sealed our fate? The one picked off at midfield by Aaron Schobel, the DE? Anyway, after that pick Randy was livin', the man was pounding the ground and literally grabbing Sage by his ears and yelling at him. I loved seeing that out of one of our players.

Of course, we all know how that game turned out.
