MVP Watch (How awesome is this?)

Josh Allen is leading the league in interceptions. Def MVP material!

:DWN:
For real. That's where it starts to become a popularity contest and not objective scoring. We know Allen has MVP ability but he's not having a great season and really shouldn't be top 5. The guy is 0-4 in OT, that alone should disqualify him IMO.

Exactly. The media is pushing its narrative again, and they're also too proud to admit that he's not having an MVP like season.

I know it’s not very likely but what if Tua/Tyreek are named co MVP. That would be pretty awesome. I am hoping one of them gets it. But I really would like to see Tua take it. All the bs he has dealt with. All the years of struggles at qb for us. It would be a nice touch to add a super bowl mvp to that. Let’s gooooo Miami.

Hurts still played well despite the loss. I think that list looks good. It's fair. Love to see both Tua and Hill are top 5. Both deserve it!
He played well until the last drive when they had 3 minutes left on the clock with 3 timeouts, ran into a sack and couldn't pick up a single first down. That's the problem with Hurts, when you make him throw the ball he's nothing special at all whereas with Tua that's his strength and why he stole Jalen's job.

man I would love to see some videos of Tua working out thru the bye..:)

This needs to happen - as they both hold up the Superbowl Trophy during the parade/party on Ocean Ave (or Collins Ave).

I like Hurts as a QB, but his MVP candidacy was largely based on the team's undefeated record. With that gone, I see it as largely a two man race between Mahommes and Tua. They are the QBs on what many perceive as the two best offenses in the league. They are both putting up great stats. Mahommes has the advantage with the volume stats (TDs and yards) in part due to Tua missing 2.5 games. Tua has the advantage in the efficiency stats (passer rating, QBR, etc). Tua is both hut and helped by the two games missed. The missing games lower his total stats, but highlighted how valuable he is to the team.

Two candidates in the top 5.

That’s a special feeling Lloyd!
