My 2 cents on the season and whats going on

First of all let me say that I am very disappointed in our team this year. All we had to do was either beat the Jets or Bills and we get in. We choked plain and simple. However I am a believer in stability. I am a fan of Philbin. Ireland I don't care too much for. Wasted a 3rd overall pick on a positional player that wasn't much of an impact all year. I think Philbin did an outstanding job with the team this year. With all distractions and injuries we were still in the playoff hunt and came very close to winning the AFCE. Improve the Oline and get us some linebackers that are worth a damn and I think we are money. Just think if Keller was healthy all year. Or Gibson. Gibson was a monster for us until he got hurt. Keller showed he can get open in the seams which means safeties have to honor the middle of the field. With Keller, Clay and Wallace on the field it would open it up more for Wallace deep with the safeties having to play inside. Our secondary was solid this year. Our problem was stopping the run. Sure up the LBs and I think we're ok there.

In the off season I would go after Oline, LB, and a big receiver who's got some major height. I would also support the firing of Jeff Ireland. Get someone who doesnt mind taking the gambles and landing talent.
