I like it but Fred Davis wont be there in the 3rd

I am hoping for Jonathon Goff LB with our 2B pick.

Then address TE with John Carlson in the 4th.

well technically i have davis at the end of the 2nd, but even there it's still wishful thinking. but yea if we don't take a TE there i think its best to wait until the 4th as well and pick up Carlson or Rucker.

I'm all for Jake Long and think it would be the right move, but

BUT !, Parcells has a love affair for defense. Look at his drafts in Dallas in the 1st round.. Plus he was prepared to give Calvin Pace a cool $20 million in guaranteed money.. This guy creams for D.

With that said, I think drafting Jake Long to Miami has about a 1% chance of happening. As much as I hate to admit it because that's the guy I want Miami to pick. I hope I'm wrong though.

Chris Long would be better in the 1st. Also, Ellis wouldn't play DE for us. He is a Tweener and would play OLB in the 3-4 scheme.
