RB-Ronnie Brown
FB-Larry Csonka
WR-Mark Duper, Mark Clayton
TE-Keith Jackson
T-Richmond Webb, Jake Long
G-Keith Sims, Vermon Carey ( I couldnt decide on another G. so i moved a player i like)

Jeff Dellenbach, Larry Little, Wayne Moore, Norm Evans, Bob Kuechenberg, Jim Langer this organization has had so many terrific offensive lineman and you pick Carey and Long?

Not being mean...but how old are you? That will explain some of your picks to me.

That took a lot of guts. I like it, even if most of mine would be different.

I'm sure if the Dolphins dated to the 1930s and I put together an alltime team in let's say 1970 it would look bizarre to the oldtimers. I'm a firm believer you can't properly evaluate someone you never saw. Books don't tell the full story, and neither do highlight clips.

I'll agree to that.

It's always fun to put together an all-time list. What an offense that would be -- can you imagine? You've left out a few that should definitely be on there IMO. Paul Warfield was the best wide receiver this club has ever had, although I'd certainly go to battle with the Marks Brothers. Dick Anderson would be an easy choice for me over Louis Oliver. Bob Kuechenberg or Roy Foster would be ahead of Vernon Carey on my list. I hope Jake Long will make the list someday.

honestly um, if Jake long is on your list it says one VERY important thing...
We had some seriously HORRIBLE tackles on our team over the past 40 years. If the best on your list hasnt even played a down for us yet our tackles (even on the 72 team) ripped us off something terrible.

My guess is your a mid 80s guy. I love Duper but if you only have two receivers on your list it should be Clayton-Warfield
Stanfill way over armstrong
Kuech AND little over Carey and Simms

you have a great list but i would title it greatest in the last 25 years or something like that- not all time.

all i know is that outta every RB we have ever had.....i would easily pick ricky williams to be the top running back..........at least the ricky that played back in '02 or '03.....the year he had 1800 yds rushing......he was just amazing to watch that year!

Is this in an alternate universe where Mercury Morris never existed?

Ronnie Brown? He has only had a good half season in his career. I see the potential for him, but Mercury Morris and Jim Kiick used to play for us.

Joey Porter? He had an okay season, but he is old and will continue to decline in skill.

How about TE? Keith Jackson? He was a good player, and had some good seasons in Miami, but he only played here for a few years. His better days were in college at OU and in Philadelphia with the Eagles. I'm not quite sure who i'd take for the Dolphins all-time greatest TE, perhaps Jim Mandich? Certainly a staple of the Dolphins organization all of these years.

Joey Porter on the All Time Dolphins Team? No way. I don't even look at Joey Porter as a Miami Dolphin. A.J. Duhe deserves that spot much, much, much more than Porter's sorry behind.
