My biggest problem with this team and the coaching staff is the lack of creativness to get our playmakers involved more. We have Reggie Bush standing on the sidelines so we can run our rookie running back. Why not have him line up as a wide reciever. Figure out how to get him in space so the defense has to account for him at all times. How about moving Wake around to get him matched up against different players to rush the qb. Last year we get Marshall and we cant figure out how to get him the ball more. Great coaches find away how to make the players more succesfull and create matchup problems. The lack of creativeness is my biggest issue with this team, not motivation of players. Great coaches work to what there players do best. So frustrating.

the best is how we NEVER throw fades to Marshall in the endzone, but we try to with every other guy on the team.
