First fire PP, bring in Romeo or Grogh

Fire Henning, Charlie Weiss or a good college O-coordinator. Could even promote David Lee.

Slap a 2nd round tender on Ronnie and wait for someone to bite.

I'm guessing either Marshall or V. Jackson wont be resigned and will become RFA's with a 1st and 3rd round tender.....make the deal.

I'm guessing since the Cardinals are amazingly cheap, they won't be resigning Dansby. I'm guessing he'll get a transition tag....make him an offer the Cardianls won't match.

Going into the draft with 2 2nd rounders....this is where we have to figure out what kind of offense we're going to run. If we're going to be a smashmouth running team, I want Dixon or Gerhart. If we're going to have Henne throwing it 30-40 times a game get a speedy pass catching back and let Ricky pick up the hard yardage and use the rook for the big plays.

Other 2nd rounder on either a safety or pass catching TE.

Simple enough right???

you don't want al groh...you think the defense is vanilla now...bring in that guy and as stubborn as he is it doesn't matter who's doing what he'll stick with "his guys"

and i can tell you that as a uva season ticket holder the last 8 plus years...stay away from al groh

plus he was an awful coach at uva who lost the fanbase with his smug attitude and inability to create a winner despite putting out first round draft picks...most of which switched positions as pros if that tells you anything

i don't object to losing paul p though

wilson may be just fine if he is moved back where he belongs, at STRONG saftey... at this point i'm not sure if i want to find out though... he has been a complete dissapointment

You don't have to take it seriously, it's ok. But one thing to keep in mind....the NFL is talking about expanding the schedule, which in turn IMO will call for expanding rosters. Depending on what # of players the league lets you keep I wouldn't be opposed to keeping Ginn for 1 more yr. He's only due $1mil next yr anyway. But you're right Gibril has to go.

TRADE TED GINN PLEASE

next year is likely uncapped cut your losses with wilson like you cut them with wilford and move on

Every time I watch Desean Jackson make another big play, Ted Ginn sickens me more. The sad part is, a blind man could see Ted Ginn for what he was prior to being drafted.
