1st Round:Marcus McCauley, CB Fresno State If we can't get Joe Thomas, I think we'll go CB. Will Allen has been decent for us, as has Goodman. I would however, prefer Goodman has a nickel/dime back, the same can be said about a healthy Daniels. McCauley was the better CB between him and Richard Marshall last year. MMac has great size at 6'1 and decent speed with a 4.3 40. If it comes down to McCauley and Leon Hall I think we've got a tough choice to make.

Round 2:Joe Staley OT, Central Michigan Staley is not an elite prospect, but he does have first round talent and has the chance to be very good. He's 6'5 300 lbs so he's not the biggest guy in the world, but if Shelton taught us anything, size doesn't make you good. Staley has the hands, footwork, and work ethic to become a pro bowler.

Round 3: David Harris LB, Michigan Like Crowder, Harris can play all LB spots. And Like both Crowder and Zach, Harris plays sideline to sideline

harris will never be there in the third trust me

We are finally in position with all our picks other than 5th or 6th for joey. Look at Sabans first draft, with a high pick. Ill take that again as opposed to winning and missing the playoffs!

I think we probably address our OL in the first round this year. Unless except the talent just isnt there this year and we pick up someone later and also try and address the OL in offseason free agency. CB is definetly a need, but i think we have to let our unit get into a groove yet. We need to try and stay healthy because its impossible to ask our secondary to play as well as we need them to given the injuries we have. Jason Allen needs to step up, this is what we brought him in for. I wouldnt be surprized to see us pick up a stud linebacker in the first round this year. I think we go LB in the first round. OL in the second and finally another DB in the third round. We'll see how it goes.

what's the story on the joey deal? if he plays enough do we give up a 5 and 6, or does our 6 just upgrade to a 5?

McCauley might be there in the 2nd round if Fresno continues to give up 40+ points per game. I personally attend all Fresno State home games and he hasn't been a shining star by any stretch.

no way CB in the 1st round. We need to go LB, OT, or DL in the 1st.

Yep, at this point I have Leon Hall CB higher rated

I totally agree...we need an OL really bad, and then I would go with a LB. We can get a decent d-back in the 2nd round.

Well said.

Didnt we trade a second for Culpepper???

Why do people keep thinking that we gave up a pick in next year's draft?

with the way were playing i think were going to get an elite player... theres no way we draft corner round 1. were gonna get either joe thomas or calvin johnson or trade down
