When you went 1-15 that year under kotite, HOW THE HELL DID YOU DIO GUYS kive with this........................HOK...I reaaly need help people

Get over it. It's only football. We will be back. It's only one season. This is long overdue in Miami anyway. In some sick way I am glad its here. Time to clean house. New VP. New Head Coach. New organizational structure from top to bottom.

Get rid of some dead weight when it comes to players........it's time to build from the ground up! It's the ONLY way to win a super bowl in this league.

you forgot - new owner! we need a new owner!

we need an owner who isn't too cheap to get the marlins their own damn stadium!

He doesn't own the Marlins...

MikeO I kind of agree with you, except that next year will suck too if we clean hose and build from the ground up.

Honestly-how much easier would it be to handle this next year if you have already been there this year? The problem with this is that when your team does start to succeed again, you will be so cautiously optomistic instead of ****y. As much as I love to see you guys miserable, when Ricky retired like the scumbag he is,he sucked the heart right out of the organization. It doesn't matter who the QB is,what the line is made up of,who the new recievers are. He put a nail in the coffin for this year. Trust me,last year with all the hype after 02,we went throgh the same thing when chad went down. It didn't matter who was in,he was the heart and soul of the team. So as you see the only people making an effort on your team are the vets on defense. And when your O keeps them on the field there is only so much they can withstand.

My nalgas!! If we just get the parts we need...we can really be back with a vengance like Seau lied. LIke Panthers....1-15, to SUPERBOWL, right? ANd the Jets were horrible...well....almost every year....(heehee)but they've had some horrible seasons and come back strong the next year. IF we do the right things this offseason, we can definately be back competing next year...

It was rough man, I'll tell you that. I thought we were doomed.

Thank god Parcells backstabbed the Patriots, we'd probably still be in that misery.
It's what Marvin Lewis is trying to do to the Bengals now

So if things really turn out that way, look forward to a new coach and high draft pick.

One of the good things about todays NFL is how quickly things can get turned around.

Before free agency, salary cap and extreme parity it might take 5 years to get back from a disasterous season like this....

Now, we can get back from 1-15 or whatever our record turns out to be very quickly (ask Panther fans).

I agree with Jet fan (GASP...VOMIT)....we have things to look forward to....bye bye Wanny's band of idiots, new front office (Scott Pioli anyone?) and a new phylosiphy (one that involves throwing the ball occasionally...I am sick to death of Wanny's 3 yards and a cloud of dust, win in the fourth quarter, keep it close crap).

I want an organizational change that involves kicking teams when they are down. Go for the damn throat. Don't get a 7 point lead, sit on it and run it down after down...throw it down the damn field when you're up by 7 and bury teams...not "win the the 4th"....how about a comfy blowout/win in the first half game....

Good RIDDANCE Wanny...

(wow...that turned into way more of a rant then I originally intended it to be):yell:

Pornstache is an idiot. That is pretty clear. But when it comes to New coaches-yes it can get worse. Right now you are thinking that anything is better but don't be so quick with that. I will still say that Ricky did more damage than anything. Not just the loss of his presense and talent, but a lot of the hope were riding on him being the star of the team. He made your pass game what it was with Chambers. He tore the heart out and it will take more than some replcements to fill that void.

Kotite era... it was rather hilarious time for me though. :roflmao:

I rather enjoyed how the Jets self-destructed all year. :D

I really hoped they would go 0-16 - that would have made the football

historians proud. With perennial dumb bust picks such as Kyle Brady (who?)

and as such, I just gave up on any hope. Then it settled rather well.

You don't even know if this will continue till the end of the season. So it

remains to be seen whether you guys will end up with high draft pick. I don't

even think Dolphins will be a losing franchise for more than a season or two.

So don't give up just yet - this season is still very young.

Yes, it's exactly what we need. But we'll need probably two years to get back to a better level of play. I still think Danny Boy quit because he wasn't allowed to fire Wanny.
