Everyone enjoy. Looking forward to everyones feedback...Thanks.

1. LB: Patrick Willis – Ole Miss – 6’2 240lbs 4.65
All the top offensive picks will be gone by the ninth pick, so this should be a no-brainer. He is one of the most explosive players in this draft, and he will fill a position that is in need of a serious upgrade.

2. OT: Ryan Harris – Notre Dame – 6’5 292lbs
I’m getting tired of waiting for Anthony Alabi to take over the LT spot; if he ever does. Harris needs to put on some more weight, but he is very light on his feet, and he can handle speed rushers which is critical for us.

3. OG: Manuel Ramirez – Texas Tech – 6’4 335lbs
It was very hard for me not to go with a WR here, but I think we will see a change at the RG spot. L.J. Shelton is making left tackle money to play right guard, and I don’t think that will sit well with our new boss; whoever he may be. I’m not sold on Bennie Anderson either, I think it was a mistake signing him. So that is why I decided to go OG here. Ramirez is HUGE, and a very strong road grader. Ramirez lined up next to Carey would be sweet.

4. RB: Lorenzo Booker – Florida State – 5’11 195lbs 4.45
We need a scat back type runner to compliment Ronnie Brown and keep defenses off balanced. Booker is that type of back; he’s quick and very agile. IMO, he’s a perfect compliment with Ronnie.

6. DE: Brian Robinson – Texas – 6’3 275lbs 4.70
I watched three Texas games this year, and Robinson has the knack of getting into the backfield and disrupting plays on occasion. He has decent size and speed for a DE. Should provide good depth at the DE spot, and contribute on special teams.

7. S: Gerald Alexander – Boise State – 6ft. 205lbs 4.55
Solid tackler. Needs work on pass coverage, but he’s a decent ball player.

My “WHAT IF†factor:

Now if our new head coach decides to keep both Shelton and Anderson at RG, than there will be no need to draft an OG with our third pick. In that case, here is who we should be looking at instead:

WRs
Dwayne Bowe – LSU
Robert Meachem – Tenn
Craig Davis – LSU
Johnnie Lee Huggins – UTEP

Or

Centers
Samson Satele - Hawaii
Leroy Davis – NC State
Dustin Frye – Clemson

Awesome Mock

Nice job. Good to see you\'re rational. However, you\'ve gotta admit that we need to upgrade some offensive positions, right? Do you suggest the FA market for that? And who are your top three ideal coaching candidates?

Your right on the ball as far as what we need. if that draft were to play out i'd be very very happy with it. However, if Brohm declares and hes on the board at #9, i think we gotta take him.

As for dwayne bowe, he'll be a 2nd rounder. But I do like the kid.

Pretty good, but I still think WR or OL round one.
Would prefer Joe Staley to Ryan Harris at LT in Rd 2
Rd 4 with RW coming back would prefer OLB Brian Smith or C Dan Mozes,
or quite frankly anyone good at a need position. No #5 pick gone for Joey Harrington, long wait until #6 pick.

I dont think all the top offensive players will be gone by the 9th pick.

Calvin Johnson
Brady Quinn
Jamarcus Russell
Michael Bush (if he has a good combine he is a top 10 lock)
Joe Thomas

Are all top 10 picks potentially, and you have to think a couple defensive players will be taken in that time. Id love to get Joe Thomas somehow.

There is a good crop of FA OLB that fit Capers system very well (assuming Dom stays) so Im fine with holding that off.

Overall I think its a pretty good mock, I was just making my comments about our first round pick, nice job.

I disagree with you on bush. he TORE his leg right? If thats the case, then a great combine showings only gonna get him in the late first. Guys who go top ten havent torn anything, ever. The injuries gonna put a mark on his head no matter what. I just...really....really...dont want the jets to get him. :(

No way is Michael Bush a lock for top 10.

Why take a gaurd in the third? We have Anderson, Mckinney, and Toledo, all returning healthy next year. Hopefully. There is a very good chance that pick won't even make the team let alone impact our season. Why draft a DE? He won't have a snowballs chance in hell of making the team especially if we bring back Bowens, which is likely. I like the Willis choice. Why draft a running back with Ricky returning? Unless your thinking trade Ronnie Brown.

Because Anderson should just be cut and McKinney is...well McKinney. Toledo should become the starter on the left side because Jeno James is terrible now.

Booker would be a great pick up because hes a change of pace back. Look at leon washington for the jets. Granted, hes no starter, but boy he makes plays as a slasher/ change of pace guy.

As for the DE, Vonnie, Carter, Taylor, and bowens are all over the age of 32 now. Bowens should be let go for Vickerson, and drafting another guy in the later rounds is the smartest move.

Did Adrian declare? If so then he is the top RB available, but if Bush has a good combine and doesnt show any ill effects from being injured I can still see him being a top 10 to 15 pick, because I dont see any other game changing runningbacks in this class (aside from peterson). So if Adrian doesnt declare and Bush is healthy someone will take a chance on him. Mcgahee was hurt 10x worse and was still what the # 20 or 21 pick?

Here's what I see wrong with the mock.

I don't know if Harris is the kind of LT we're looking for in regards to size, but that's assuming if the current coaching staff remains intact.

Brian Robison won't be there that late, in my opinion. He's more of a 3rd - 4th rounder I believe.

I don't think we need a RB when there are other needs and we have Morris and Williams as backups.

Also, for the safety, our main issue with Tillman was he kept on getting beat in pass coverage. Why draft another safety with that problem? Not only that, but Bell and Allen should be starters and don't forget about Hill. I'd rather take a good coverage corner at that point, or another need position.

Marshawn Lynch is a very very good back. Just not from a big name school.
