Hey guys, i dont often post here, but while im here, i mine as well post who i think we'll take in the first 3 rounds :)

RD1: Alan Branch DT : This guys is a tank :) I love him, hes fast enough to play end in 3-4 and big enough to play DT in 4-3. He's perfect for us, especially since Traylor and Holliday arent getting younger...

RD2: Joe Staley OT: I know it may seem unlikely for him to fall to us at 40, but its what i predict :) i think hes like 6'5" or something like that, hes really big.. and hes fast. I like this kid..

RD2b: Aaron Rouse S: not only can he play safety, but he started off as a LB. Now i know we dont need him as a LB but there could be some injuries on our team this year (knock on wood) So i see it as an insurance pollicy :)

RD3: Craig Davis WR: Was over-shadowed by dwayne Bowe.. but overall he should fit our system.. I really like this kid.. it's a risk

I have a problem with spending a 2nd rounder on an "Insurance Policy". Especially when, IMO, there will be much better options available at that point.

Would love to have Branch, Staley, and Davis though.

buuut he also plays safety, which is a need
im just saying that him playing LB too is also a little bonus 2 in 1 package thing :)

I would target sidney rice over craig davis.
He's a bit taller better instincts and athleticism... IMO.

alan branch I would love, but than I am not sure what happens to rod wright if he's healthy.

Joe staley would be a major gift at 40.

and I would rather micheal griffin with our 2B, if we went safety.
He defends the pass very well, needs a little work on run D, but at the very least could be special teams stud and is def a team oriented guy.

No way Davis lasts to the 3rd round in a draft where Rouse goes in the late 2nd.
