We are pickng up these impact playrs (Porter,Cory) so i would like to know do you think these are players we can just plug in and win or are they gonna take awhile to learn everything then we might see something out of them?

Porter will be playing in the 3-4 and will do here what he has always done.

Schlesinger is a lead blocker and that's pretty much all he has to do. Maybe flair out for a pass or two a game.

So to answer you question...yes all we have to do is just plug them in and win.
