here :

1/we sign nate clement to solve our CB problemand dielman or steinbach to solidify our OL.

2/We keep wes welker and his big heart for the game and after holliday (resigned) he's the only UFA I want to resign (D mac isn't very good IMO).

3/we draft at need position to incorporate young fresh shuffle and for our veteran could teach them before retiring,

so here my dream draft now on this philosophy :

1/Brady quinn is a must IMO if he fall to us, else posluzny (imagine channing and poluszny teached by zach)

2/everett, or willis or stanton (depend on who we pickep in the first round)

3/khalil, mozes, or young (we need a young center to anchor our OL in years to come)

4/fred bennett (grow him behind clement with daniels and next year bye bye to goodman and will allen) or Dan bazuin if kevin carter don't come back (bazuin and roth teached with JT could be good in the future).

6/matt tranon (solid WR able to play TE with more bulk)

7/travarous bain (no risk at this round and perhaps big jackpot).

Opinions amigos.

And create tons of cap problems? Clement is going to get horribly overpaid in FA and our cap situation isn't particularly great as it is. I don't see the Dolphins going after him or any other expensive DB.

2/We keep wes welker and his big heart for the game and after holliday (resigned) he's the only UFA I want to resign

Welker is RFA and we desperately need speed at WR. Welker is a nice possession receiver, but we got Booker and Hagan for that role. I figure that Welker gets a 3rd round tender and the Dolphins wait for someone to take it so they can draft a speedy WR (very deep draft in that regard).

3/we draft at need position

Never draft according to need. That's what Wanny did. Especially not with a team that has as many needs as the Dolphins do. In the first two or three rounds, you have to draft BPA.

1/Brady quinn is a must IMO if he fall to us, else posluzny (imagine channing and poluszny teached by zach)

I agree on Quinn. Posluzny, however, would be a major reach at #9

2/everett, or willis or stanton (depend on who we pickep in the first round)

Stanton would be a reach that early in the second round as well. As for Patrick Willis (if that's who you mean) - he'll be long gone by then. And while I don't have a problem with Everett in the second round in general, I don't see the Dolphins going for him because he's more of a weak side linebacker which we don't need.

how solve our need problem if we don't go CB in FA and OLB in the 2eme or 3eme draft round.

I prefer paid for clements than briggs or adalius thomas (the OLB position semmes better in this draft than the CB position).

just MO

(the OLB position semmes better in this draft than the CB position).

I disagree. This draft class isn't particularly good in general (besides being very deep in regard to WR), but OLB is a major concern. There's simply no one there who projects to be an excellent pass rusher in a 3-4 scheme. Some prospects, yeah, but nothing to get too excited about. Since Mueller already said that the Dolphins are looking for pass rushers, though, I expect them to go after one in FA.

I live in france, so I haven't much information on draft prospect but patrick willis, poszluzny and everett seems very good with information I have, opinion on them ?

Not enough money. Clement has already said he is looking for the $8-10m a year range and a $18-20m bonus. I have been saying for a long time they should go after Dielman, and it looks as if he is the number one target.

2/We keep wes welker and his big heart for the game and after holliday (resigned) he's the only UFA I want to resign (D mac isn't very good IMO).

Wes is what he is, a slot receiver. Great desire and heart and I love that but not for a lot of money. He is just an average return guy with good hands.

Also you make no mention of signing or drafting an LT, so if you don't resign McIntosh, who is playing LT?

3/we draft at need position to incorporate young fresh shuffle and for our veteran could teach them before retiring,

Only draft for need if that player is at or very near the top of your BPA board.

I don't have an issue with most excpet noway Kalil is there in the third. I have a feeling he could go as high as #15 to Pittsburgh.

carey would be my LT, dielman my LG our rookie center (kalil, young, mozes), hadnot my RG and shelton my RT and why not toledo or alabi at RT and shelton back at RG if necessary.

IMo it's obvious that if quinn fall we will pick him and after thomas and brown no other draftee is able to be our LT (perhaps staley but I haven't many information on him).

that seems not to be a super year in draft to solve ou LT problem so why not try carey in this position and choose a very good LG to help him and a solid center (good draft year here).

Clements will be a 49er.

If Carey was a LT, he would've been there by now. Also, he hasnt even been considered an option. As a matter of fact, KFFL.COM has confirmed that Shelton is being considered to be an option at being moved back to LT.

If Dielman is signed, he may be put at RG, with Fonoti and Toledo the ones battling it out for LG. Hadnot will not start at RG. If he doesnt start at C, he's a backup.

I forgot fonoti, could anybdy tell me why he don't start last year, this guy was good at SD and I don't understand why he could'nt start in our subpar Ol last year ?

He drafted Jamar Fletcher when we had Madison and Surtain...

He was up around 400lbs at the begining of the season going into Bucs camp I believe. They cut him and Miami signed him later in the year after he dropped down close to 360lbs.

He's a UFA, that they will probably be able to sign at a reasonable cost, and if he can stay in shape and play like he did in 2004 he would be a huge upgrade to the O Line.

As far as your other post about Carey, they trued him at LT in camp during the 2005 season and he was quickly moved back to RT. Leave him there, I think the guy is on the verge of being a Pro Bowl RT, just solidify the rest of the line and he'll be fine.

I think McIntosh is underrated. He has played very well the last two years at LT. Can he be upgraded, sure but don't is there really and upgrade out there? I would rather resign him for a couple of years and draft an LT in rounds 2 or 3 and groom them behind him for a year or two. Of course there is also Alabi and Toledo that could be groomed at LT.

I would love to see this O line going into the season;

LT - McIntosh, Staley
LG - Deilman, Toledo
C - Hadnot, Jacox
RG - Shelton, Fontoni
RT - Carey, Alabi
