Draft:
1) Ted Ginn WR Ohio St (Homerun hitter, a boom or bust pick that Miami should take a chance on because of his game changing ability that we lack right now)
2) Chris Houston CB Arkansas (Reach? IMO he's a better CB than McCauley and Ross he's fast and strong)
3) Drew Stanton QB Michigan St (A project QB perfect for Cam to mold, has all the measurables)
4) Doug Free OT Northern Illinois (Smart, can play alot of postions in the NFL, great footwork)
5)NONE
6) Ben Patrick TE Delaware (Fast? No. But a decent option as a blocking TE, Lord knows McMike can't do that)
7) Zak DeOssie LB Brown (A tackling machine, good special teams, backup LB option)
***Note: No, I don't really believe that Ted Ginn will actually be the pick because I believe someone will fall to us or we coudl possibly trade down but for now that's my pick.

FA: Kris Dielman, Donnie Edwards, C. Brown RB, KGB DE
Cut/Trade: Joey Harrington QB, Marty Booker WR, Jeno James OG, Carter DE (Note: I didn't include what I thought we could get for those players if we tried to trade them so it isn't reflected in my draft)

QB: Culpepper, Lemon, Stanton
WR: Chambers, Ginn, Welker, Hagan
RB: R. Brown, Morris, C. Brown
TE: McMichael, J. Peelle, B. Patrick
LT: McIntosh, Free
LG: Dielman, Toledo
C: Hadnot, McKinney
RG: Shelton,Fonotil
RT: Carey, Alabi
DT: Wilkenson, R. Wright
DT: Evans, Vickerson, M. Wright
DE: Taylor, Bowens
DE: KGB, Roth
SLB: D. Edwards, AGB
MLB: Zach Thomas, DeOssie
WLB, Crowder, Pope
LCB: Will Allen, Houston
RCB: Daniels, Goodman
LS: Bell, FA

Note: Obviously I left out Punter/Kicker, Mare may very well be gone but until then I think we give him one more year. Also I didn't include all backups and remaining players. Also I did not include Ricky Williams because who knows what will happen with him.

I don't dislike it, although I think your mistaken on KGB and we will absolutely address the Oline more.

No to Donnie Edwards and KGB. Neither of them is a need. I do like your draft though.

The secondary and O-Line, arguably the weakest positions on the entire team, have not been significantly upgraded.

There is no way Stanton is available at 71, He may not even be there at 40. Almost all the teams who draft in front of us had bad performance's by their QB's last year. AZ won't take a QB, but Oakland,Detroit,Cleveland,Tampa Bay
Minnesota, and even the Texans may take a QB even though it's reported Carr has one more year to produce. If we are going to get Stanton it's going to cost us. We will have to make a trade to gat a higher draft pick. NOTHING is going to fall into our lap, we are going to have to be aggresive and take risks to turn this offense around, and boy doe it need turning.

Pretty good, i really lyk the later round picks: Doug Free, Ben Patrick
I'd be happy with an offseason lyk that.

Draft:
1) Ted Ginn WR Ohio St (Homerun hitter, a boom or bust pick that Miami should take a chance on because of his game changing ability that we lack right now) Take a chance on a one-dimensional WR ?? He's a great return guy, but that's about it...

2) Chris Houston CB Arkansas (Reach? IMO he's a better CB than McCauley and Ross he's fast and strong)
3) Drew Stanton QB Michigan St (A project QB perfect for Cam to mold, has all the measurables) Good Choice, IMO
4) Doug Free OT Northern Illinois (Smart, can play alot of postions in the NFL, great footwork)
5)NONE
6) Ben Patrick TE Delaware (Fast? No. But a decent option as a blocking TE, Lord knows McMike can't do that)

FA: Kris Dielman, Donnie Edwards, C. Brown RB, KGB DE Chris Brown wants to go where he'd be the #1 guy, why would he come here, and besides, he's a Ronnie Brown-wanna-be anyways...
Cut/Trade: Joey Harrington QB, Marty Booker WR, Jeno James OG, Carter DE (Note: I didn't include what I thought we could get for those players if we tried to trade them so it isn't reflected in my draft) Booker was our best WR this year. Hagan couldn't hold onto his jock strap...but it's too early to cut Hagan. I'm just not sold on Ginn as a #1 WR at this level. Carter was our best DL behind JT...restructure his contract and keep him here.

QB: Culpepper, Lemon, Stanton
WR: Chambers, Ginn, Welker, Hagan
RB: R. Brown, Morris, C. Brown
TE: McMichael, J. Peelle, B. Patrick

I'm surprised so many think Stanton will be around in the 3rd.

I agree with you on Ginn like my note said but at this point it is too hard to predict who will fall to us....I have a feeling it might be one of the DE's but too hard to tell at this point.

Carter is cut because of cap reasons. If KGB was signed I figure he would likely rotate with Roth, or at least in the beginning and possibly Roth taking over that duty but because of KGB's experience I think he starts off.

My feelings on the O-line: McIntosh isn't that bad of a LT, we could be doing much worse and I don't see much better out there in FA and I'm not high on plugging a rookie LT at that position (yeah, I know it worked in S.D.). James is overrated for the kind of money he is making and Dielman IMO is a huge step up. Hadnot isn't that bad of a center, he's a better guard IMO but still pretty good. LJ Shelton is a much better guard than tackle, keep him there and let him improve, Carey is one of the better players on our line. Just like Rome wasn't built in a day I think it's going to take more than just one offseason to rebuild that but I think it's a good start.

CB: I just have a man crush on Houston, I think he has the potential to be one of the better CB's in this draft, he's still improving, while he isn't over 6 feet tall or close to 200 lbs he's fast which I think we lack at CB and he's strong so he can handle bump and run. At this point watch McCauley in this draft, his stock is falling like I predicted and the team might get a chance at him, however I still think Houston is the better CB.

I like some of the moves...others not so much. Someone already said it, CB is one of our most pressing needs and something should be done to upgrade the position. Also, Booker doesn't really deserve to get cut, but if we go with Ginn (I don't like that pick) you're probably right that he'll get cut. I'd really like to get Stanton in the third, but thats wishful thinking.

One question, where is Keith Traylor on that depth chart? He didn't get cut did he? Wilkinson should be the one to go...

Traylor is a FA as of now, I don't see him being re-signed, Wilkinson should go if we can replace him but I don't see that happening.
