1- Jim Mora I know he just got fired but he was in the NFC championship a couple of years ago and its not his fault that the GM keeps going after homerun receivers. He just seems a good fit for the job and has a good defensive background. Just needs a good man to run his offense thats not his former Falcon coordinator.

2- Al Saunders- Makes big money in Washington but has a very good offensive mind that has been wasted on Mark Brunell.

3- Bobby Petrino- If we go college this is the guy, he has made Lousville into a top10 team and would probably not bolt the NFL to go back to college. He seems to want a bigger gig than Louisville so I think we could get him.

4-Cam Cameron- had no success as a head coach, but you cannot deny he
has done a good job as a coordinator.

5-Dom Capers- Has never had a great situation to work with and Im sure Miami is a better situation than another expansion team.

6-Ron Rivera- leader of the best defense in the league, not sure i would want him since he is strictly been a defensive coach, but as long as he takes a good coordinator we could be fine.

7- Bill Cowher- I doubt we get him since if he retired from Pittsburgh there would be some restarints but this would be the most stable move. He would reatain both Capers and Mularkey. I do think this might be the best situation because there would probaly be no massive overall.

Well thats my quick list of 7
I did not include the coach of Iowa because I doubt he will leave.

Yeah, those are most of the names that seem to be surfacing from everything I've read. How about Steve Mariucci? I know he was bad with the Lions but they are a pathertic franchise. Whoever we chose though I think we really need to put a GM in charge of making the personnel decisions from now on.

I personnaly like him and he was a victim of his own success with a bad SF team. I just don't want to run a west coast offense.

cam cameron is my choice....my word we have to go through this again.

We need a HC who will run similar systems to what Saban implemented if we want to win now.

9-7 and 6-10 proved that the system was not working so why replicate that. We need a new offensive system and hopefully we can actually score!!

Why is everyone so enamored with Jim Mora?!? :shakeno: I live in Atlanta, so let me shed a little light on him. Yes he did go to the NFC Championship team his first year; however, most of that team was in tact well before his arrival. The real Mora showed up the two seasons that followed. In year 2, his Falcons started out 6-2 before posting a 2-6 record the rest of the way to finish at 8-8. Then we have this past year...Mora's team starts out the gates fast again going 5-2, then they stumble in the end and finish 7-9. Just as Saban's slow starts are a product of coaching, Mora's dysmal team finishes are product of coaching. Then to top it off, the guy has the nerve to "joke" about another team's coaching position when your team is fighting for its life to make the playoffs. One thing Wayne H. and Arthur Blank have in common is that they are very savvy businessmen who make sound business decision. Huizenga won't make the mistake of bringing this clown to Miami.

How about Rex Ryan? Scouts Inc. rates him as the number one guy out there of the NFL assist.'s.

Let Mueller be a real GM.

cowher is done. not that he can no longer coach he has many years left in him its just separating him for pittsburg is like removing farve from green bay not gonna happen. he will retire before going to another team.

Denny Green...reunite him with Daunte and bring back the MAGIC!!!!

A little humor for a dark day.

Ok, so we just got burnt to a $%*%ing cinder by a coach who's going back to the college ranks, and your top choice to replace him is a coach who publically stated he would do the same thing to his current team.

I would offer the HC and GM job to Pete Carroll and give him total control, and then bring in Norm Chow as the OC. We could turn this team into the NFL's version of USC and start winning.
