I think the Marshall trade signals a that Ryan Tannehill will be the pick. The Dolphins don't want him to come in and be berated by Marshall while learning on the job.

So we trade BM to draft a WR that may become BM and also has off-field issues as well. Well it is Mia's FO so who knows. So basically we downgrade from BM to Floyd and gave a 8th overall pick for two 3rds.
