My Projected 2004 Starting Lineup

If Bowens is the starting LE then we'll really miss O-gun. This guy will not hold playing the run and Williams will not be a good enough pass rusher from the outside. O-gun could do both things good by himself. I know he might be going but he'll need to be replace by someone new.

I see us getting only 2 players on free agency(brunell and Tait?)and getting Rivers,a WR and an o-lineman with our top 3 picks.

Ok, I would definately replace Freeman with Buckley, he played very well this year and caught alot of interceptions. He was also the reason we ended the redskins game with that recover on the kickoff. I think Buckley is an all around great safety. I definately dont think we will draft a young LB for sure, we did that 1st round last yr and Moore hasnt shown his stuff yet. Derrius Thompson is gone, I dont see us keeping Mcknight, Thompson, or Gadsden - atleast we better not, neither of them have proved anything at all and mcknight has had years of oppurtunity and only made a couple good plays this year. (the handoff against the giants, the long pass against the redskins) I dont see us getting Brunell this year anymore, I think we might stay with Griese believe it or not, now with an upgraded line he would be willing to take a big paycut, or maybe fiedler. I dont think we will get a Vet QB and i hope we dont get a vet WR because thers only a couple good ones and theyre all about themselves. I think we will end up with:

I like the ones that are realistic, but if we did put ricky at QB he could be our micheal vick, but here is what is really gonna be our lineup in 2004.

RB-Ricky,Henry, (Travis minor will get picked up by another team)

WR-Chambers,Warrick,Clayton or Woods,Tolver,Simmons, (maybe gasden)

Now as for the offensive line i see us only keeping smith,wade and nails.

Buckley's a corner, not a safety, if Brock is gone, Arturo will be the starter..

Are you kidding me? Have you ever watched Gadsden play? That dood has perma-stickem on the hands dood. He is BANK on third down and as a #3 WR. And he's NOT expensive.

Buckely is always and will be a CB not a SAFETY.
AND Nails doesn't play Center. Billy Yates can though if that is who your thinking of.
