Rather than carrying 4 RBs and 4 TEs, I think the coaching staff will end up carrying an extra O-lineman (Cesario?) because of injuries and question marks, and an extra D-back - Omar Lowe can play CB, SS and special teams. Even if he's not a star in the making, that's a lot of bang for your buck when you're talking about a kid who will make barely above the league minimum salary.
I also agree with those who pointed out that the rookie punter could beat out Royals. From what I've read, Royals is more accurate, but the kid has a stronger leg. Throw in youth, potential and a much lower salary, and he might just win the punting job.
