My projected starting lineup for 2004...

Maybe I'm dreaming a little bit but I think this is realistic. I think we'll get 1 free agent lineman and maybe a veteran QB also. Other than that we might get one more players but that'll be about it. If we do lose Ogun and get the 1st and 3rd for him then this is how our team could look like this coming season.It also depends on what team gets Ogun and then I'll have a better idea on who we might take in the draft but here it goes anyway.

WR-Reggie Williams(Woods,Clayton,Jenkins? it depends on when we're picking)

I think Marion's going and so is Ogun. I also think that Balke and or Warner are posible as back up's but also drafting a qb late is posible too. I think this is a realistic lineup and I'd be happy with it too.That'd be the best o-line we've had since the early 80's and the best WR's since Clayton and Duper.

Agreed, Marion is staying and that means freeman is gone. Too bad I think he could be a good FS after next year.
 
We cannot afford Woody and Wade - we need to choose 1. Otherwise, D Bo, J Will or Grisby will start opposite JT if/when we lose OGun

Actually Wade is almost a lock at this point (sun sentinel reported) at 5 yrs $25 mill.

Hank reported that Miami is a front runner for Woody.

I'm not so sure I want Marion back. He missed a lot of assignments last year, this is according to the coaching staff. A lot of times, those were on 2 deep zones on Madison's side so they need to figure that out so we can stop giving up the big bombs (NE game anyone?).

we will be able to afford both woody and wade i believe(especially since we won't have a QB on the roster making decent money, feeleys contract will be cap friendly)...and yes dbo,jwil, and grigsby will likely be our DEs opposite JT

A rookie WR will start, do you seriously think Jackson will not be signed by the Hawks
 
Nope.

I will almost guarantee that a rookie WR will not start. I think that Thompson would definitely start ahead of a rookie. Not saying that it is right. But Thompson will at least start the season ahead of any rookies

BTW, my line up is based on drafting Rivers/Carey in round 1
