My take of day one.

First I like the picks...Long brings something to the O-line that we haven't had for decades...a MSOB...that loves to rub defenders heads into the turf....Merling is a puzzle...he had one very decent season...has the injury and of course can't do anything either at the combine or his Pro-day...he could be a steal...or he could be a bust...but any time you can get a top 15 talent...with the 32nd pick...it's worth the try. Henne...While I loved Flacco...perhaps not as much as the Ravens...LOL....Henne brings a tuffness and experience to the Dolphins...he also brings competition to Beck..and that ain't bad.

Of course I'm a homer...but I have to give the Dolphins an A....Now lets finish the job tomorrow...it should be interesting...my guess is that the Dolphins will receive a few phone calls tonight.

I like it. Jake was the right pick at #1. and while I might have like Calais campbell, Merling doesn't look bad. I like Henne.
