It was a great game. We are definetley a better team than last year. Our defense did better than expected and definetley better than last years. We were in the game up to the last second. It was a bummer we could not pull it off.

Our playcalling looked better than in recent years, however, the one thing that bothered me is the fact that we did not try to run it when we were in the redzone on the turnover on downs. We threw the ball 4 times and eventaully gave it up. I did not understand that part of the playcalling, we should've tried punching it in with Ronnie at least once. But for the most part, our playcalling was good and balanced.

Another thing that bothered me, was the fact that Wilford was not mentioned during the game. Especially at the end, I mean here we have our biggest WR sizewise and you have to ask yourself, where was he down in the redzone on our last attempt to win the game. He could've outjumped any of the Jets DB's. Instead, he was missing the whole game. I did not hear about Hagan either. I would've love to see a lobb to Wilford just to see if he can size up the DB.

For the most part, We are still a young team and I honestly beleive we will get better as the season goes on. Today we played a Jets team that invested so much in veterans and are suppose to be ready for a superbowl run. Well, for being a young team and being our first time playing together in a real game, we gave them a run for their money. I mean even grandpa favre looked worried at the end of that game. We were one play away from coming out with a victory.

We need to correct some minro things and we we'll get it going. Parcells will get thing corrected. I was also proud of the finfans that attended the game. I could hear the crowd yelling "defense" on my TV set. The crowd was alive!

Be patient fellow finfans, the AFC east will be ours very soon.

I have to agree with you about the last play call. I was confused why we would call a play that was a jump ball with our smallest receiver. We should've put in our tall package with Hagan and Wilford (I know they don't have the best hands), but they have the best chance at jump balls.
